OBIT --  MYRTLE WARREN HAGENBUCH

Myrtle Warren Hagenbuch, 87, St. Jo, formerly of Troy, died Tuesday morning, May 11 at a nursing home in St. Jo.
Mrs. Hagenbuch was born Dec. 14, 1905, in DeKalb, Mo., the daughter of Jesse and Mattie I. Shofner Warren.  She lived all of her married life in Troy, where she and her husband owned and operated the Hagenbuch Hardware Store.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church, American Legion Auxiliary, SLK (Seekers of Light and Knowledge) Library Club, and a charter member of the Troy and Community Garden Club, all of Troy.
She married Forrest H. "Frosty" Hagenbuch.  He preceded her in death on Nov. 20, 1976.  She was also preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.
Survivors include a sister, Pat Slechdaub, St. Jo, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The body has been cremated.  Graveside inurnment will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at Mount Olive Cemetery, Troy.  Rev. John Burgreen will officiate.  There will be no viewing or visitation.
Harman-Rohde Funeral Home, Troy, is in charge of arrangements.
