Obituary - Pauline F. Bell

Highland -- Mrs. Pauline F Bell, 69, Highland, died early Monday morning, March 8, 1993 at the Hiawatha community Hospital.
She was born at Sparks, MO., Nov. 28, 1923, the daughter of Frank and Ruby Mead Simpson.  She was a lifelong resident of Doniphan County, having lived on the east edge of Highland for the past 35 years.
Mrs. Bell was a member of the Christian Church of Highland.
She was married to Charles M. Bell June 8, 1940 at St. Joseph, MO. Together, they operated the Jayhawk Cafe in Highland from 1960 - 1961.  He survives of the home.
Also surviving are two sons, Bob Bell , of Andale, Kan., and Bill Bell of Conception, Mo; her mother Ruby Miller of Highland; a sister Hallie Taylor of White Cloud; six grandchildren and five great-grand-children.
Funeral services are planned for 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 10 at the Highland Mortuary Chapel, with Rev. Tracy Farthing officiating.  Interment will be at the Highland Cemetery.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Highland Cemetery association and may be left in care of the mortuary.
Friends may call at the Mortuary after 8:30 a.m. Tuesday until time of service Wednesday.
