Trenton C. Doane, 84, St. Jo, died Sunday, May 16 at a St. Jo hospital.

Mr. Doane was born in Georgetown, Colo., and lived most of his life in St. Jo.

He was a welder with Swift and company until he retired.

Mr. Doane was a member of the King Hill Baptist Church and a member of King Hill Masonic Lodge for 50 years.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice, in 1986, and a brother, Warren.

Surviving are a son, Rev. Terry E., St. Charles, Mo.; two daughters, Rose M. Koeppen and Janet A. Masteller, both of St. Jo; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.

Services were Tuesday in St. Jo.  Burial was at Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Jo.
