Beulah M. Fenley, 83, Troy, died Friday, April 16, 1993, at a Savannah, Mo., retirement home.
Mrs. Fenley had worked at the Doniphan County Treasurer's office.
She was born July 26, 1909, in White Cloud, one of 10 children of William and Nora M. Machmer Hixson. She lived most of her life in Doniphan County and was graduated in 1929 from Highland High School.
Mrs. Fenley was a member of First Christian Church of Troy, a former member of the Women's Circle of the church and the Sunshine Extension Homemakers Unit of Troy.
She was married to Archie H. Fenley April 13, 1930, in Hiawatha. He died March 2, 1980
Survivors include a son, Archie H. Fenley Jr., Troy; two brothers, Harold Hixson, St. Joseph, Mo.; and William Hixson, Little Rock, Ark.; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services were held by Bob Baird at the First Christian Church in Troy. Pall bearers were Adam Huss, Donald Harter, William Tracy, Norman Davies, Mason Huss, and Hylen Rush.
Burial was in Mount Olive Cemetery at Troy. Harman-Rohde Funeral Home handled the arrangements. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Troy Ambulance Fund.
